Dangote Petroleum Refinery, Nigeria’s recent functioning refining company has extended its exportation of petroleum to four African countries.

Cameroon, Ghana, Angola and South Africa are the beneficiary countries enjoying efficient operation of the Lagos based refinery.

The announcement was made by the Vice President of Oil and Gas at Dangote Industries Limited, Devakumar Edwin, during a visit by a delegation of Japanese investors to Nigeria.

During the announcement, Edwin stated that the Dangote Refinery recently partnered with Cameroonian energy firm, Neptune Oil to export petroleum to the Central African country.

However, it was noted that the refinery continues to export diesel across the globe, while jet fuel has been confirmed to be heavily exported to European markets.


Dangote Refinery was inaugurated on 22nd of May, 2023, in the Lekki area of Lagos, southwest Nigeria.
